Guide for Airsoft products General ---Always read the original product manual very very carefully before operation. Some manuals might not have English instructions. Look at the pictures carefully and if still unsure please call the shop at 0870 7549653 for further instructions. ---The maintenance section of the manual is strictly only for maintenance only and is only to be carried out by a qualified member of staff and no one else. You do so at your own risk. Do not strip or dismantle the product in any way as this might cause damage and once dismantled in any way, your warranty is voided. ---Never display the product in public as your replica firearm might easily be mistaken for a real firearm. ---Always transport the product in ‘sealed’ manner. (Eg: zipped bag or taped up in its original box.. be very sure that no images of a firearm is displayed openly) ---The product you have purchased is a TOY and nothing else. Treat the product with care and it will last a good amount of time. ---Misuse of the product will cause damage. Breakages due to misuse and rough handling is not covered by warranty. ---It is a necessity for all firing products to be properly lubricated with 100% silicone oil (specific for airsoft) at all times of usage. Not doing so will cause damage. ---Do not reuse bbs. Do not use Cheap low quality bbs and only high grade bbs. Doing so will damage your product and void your warranty AEGS ---Be very careful of BB jams. Firing the product while having a Jam will cause damage to the product and is not covered by warranty as the damage caused is deemed as abuse and is not a manufacturing fault. As soon as a jam is encountered, STOP FIRING and use the de-jamming tool to de-jam the bb in the barrel. Continuous firing will NOT push the bb out. ---For electric products with automatic fire function, never fire on auto excessively (only in short burst) as this will increase wear and damage the product. ---Do not dry fire the product .(by dry firing, it means to shoot the product with no bbs) Doing so will increase wear and ultimately damage the product ---Always use the right batteries for the product. (nothing above 8.4V on a stock product) higher voltage batteries will produce more wear and might damage the product. Overcharging your batteries will damage your batteries and is not covered by warranty. Gas operated products ---Never use green gas (winter gas) above 15 degrees as it will be too powerful and damage the product. Summer gas (134a) is recommended in those situations ---Never keep the gas magazines (reservoir in some cases) empty and never keep them full. When finished with use, gently empty the mag and refill with only a split second of gas. Not doing so will cause gas leaks. ---For KWA Ingram m11. Always open the bolt before loading magazine. Not doing so will damage the bolt. ---For Western Arms pistols.
